We at Mware may obtain your personal data when you leave a request for information about our products or a trial period on our website. Your data is stored in Pipedrive.
When you purchase a license to use the TVMS, you share your personal and company data to process the contract (we use Docusign to sign contracts), invoices and payments (Wefact), and accounting software (Exact). All our partners are GDPR compliant.
Retention Period: We are required to keep commercial data for up to 5 years per Dutch Tax Authority requirements.
Communication & Support
We keep history of conversations as regular personal and commercial data. This includes support tickets (Teamwork), live chats, and direct emails. This information is for internal use only to resolve your issues and improve our service.
